What it costs.

Two ways to buy: an all-inclusive seasonal contract, or per-storm pricing when you need it. The contract bundles every service into one flat rate; per-storm visits are priced by what actually fell, with walkways, ice melt and berm passes as add-ons.

Everything is bundled — driveway, walkways, decks, plow-berm second passes, and pet-safe ice melt — for one pre-paid price, with a guaranteed spot on the route. If a big winter burns through all 15 visits, the rest of the season is protected at $100 a visit.

No contract, no commitment — call when it snows and pay for the storm. Priced by depth, because two feet is not four times the work of six inches, it is more. Walkways are an add-on priced with the tier.

A 24-inch-plus event is cleared in stages and priced from $350 per event. Urgent dispatch outside normal route operations runs $125 an hour.

The fine print, up front

What we are agreeing to.

The season, paid up front: Seasonal contracts run November 1 through April 30 and are pre-paid in full before November 1 — that is what locks your place on the route. Past the 15 included visits, the season keeps running at the protected $100-per-visit overage rate.
When I arrive: Service is dispatched once accumulated snow reaches 3 inches. I will always get to you inside the storm cycle, but during heavy or back-to-back storms the exact hour moves — I would rather tell you that now than promise a time I cannot hold.
Clearing the drive: The driveway needs to be completely clear of vehicles, low-hanging obstacles, landscape stakes, and extension cords during service windows. I cannot take on damage to unanchored pavers or items hidden beneath the snowpack.
Weather and breakdowns: Work pauses during blinding whiteouts or severe wind where visibility drops below safe limits, and resumes as soon as conditions stabilize. If the machine breaks, repairs happen as fast as reasonably possible — delays from utility failures, road closures, or municipal blockades are outside what anyone can promise around.

These are the rates the work is priced from. The number on your agreement comes out of the walkthrough — a long drive, a steep approach, or a hard turnaround moves it, and you will see that in writing before anything is signed.
